Partnering with Schimenti Architecture, we brought Xfinity’s vision to life by transforming the site into a 5,500-square-foot exclusive VIP outdoor destination. Designed as both a retreat and a gathering place, the space blends bold architectural gestures with refined details, offering guests a setting to relax, dine, and enjoy the evening atmosphere.
Entry A striking entry sequence defines the transition into the space. Tall architectural walls and a vivid overhang establish the identity of the “backyard” immediately, signaling to guests that this is the ultimate hangout spot.
The Cookout At the heart of the layout is an open kitchen anchored by a wood-fired oven, designed to bring people together. Finished in dusky green millwork with a light gray stone countertop, the cookout embodies a mellow, nature-inspired character while remaining highly functional for group dining.
Cabanas By the central kitchen are eight private cabanas, each furnished with leather seating and quartz tables. The combination of textures and finishes provides a comfortable yet elevated lounge experience, turning a casual barbecue into a luxurious occasion.
Tailgate Bar A custom bar with integrated draining countertops and an extended canopy roof ensures seamless service and weather protection, allowing the atmosphere to carry into the night. The bar’s scale and detailing reinforce the communal energy of the space, making it a natural hub for guests.
