Daybase, the on-demand office solution, blends the benefits of working from home with the advantages of a traditional office environment, catering to those who need an in-between option. In collaboration with OC Construction Management, Bestmark National has played a significant role in developing Daybase’s new location in Harrison, New York.

Our contributions have ensured a functional yet amiable workspace. In the pantry area, we have manufactured shelving and base cabinetry, as well as stone countertops with a beige finish to match the Daybase interior. The back pantry wall features practical shelving, enhancing storage and accessibility.

Seating arrangements throughout the office are designed for comfort and versatility, featuring custom upholstery and swing tables. Banquettes at the library come equipped with laptop tables and plug-in outlets, making it easy for patrons to stay connected and productive.

Woodwork and veneer play a crucial role in the overall aesthetic of the space. Bestmark National has ensured a consistent use of rift cut white oak veneer with a clear coat matte finish, providing a cohesive and sophisticated look. This attention to detail extends to the arch opening trims in the entry, focus room benches, and the 1,100 linear feet of wood wall base molding throughout the space.

The meeting rooms feature metal shelving and custom-size magnetic whiteboards, while  conference rooms are equipped with matching tables and additional seating options. Bestmark National has also installed 12 wood doors with rift cut white oak veneer to match the interior, ensuring that every element of the space is harmonious. 

In partnership with OC Construction, Bestmark National has successfully created a work-focused yet laid-back environment for Daybase’s new location. The result is a dynamic office space that meets the diverse needs of its users, balancing productivity with comfort in a beautifully designed environment.
