Bestmark National, in partnership with Unispace, has brought DoubleVerify’s vision for their new SoHo headquarters to life. Spanning three and a half floors, this office is designed to redefine workspace functionality with distinct features aimed at creating a community-driven workplace.
We manufactured workstations for multiple “coding caves” and a library, also outfitting each floor’s wellness room with custom millwork, giving employees the opportunity to unwind during the day. The headquarters maintains an inviting atmosphere with abundant planters and seating areas.
A standout feature is the hybrid lounge-staircase, featuring cushioned seating at each step. This staircase, supporting collaboration between teams, traverses the entire office and exemplifies the synergic spirit of the headquarters and company culture.
Additionally, we provided custom cabinetry, shelving, and seating throughout the office. Steps away from the bleachers in the collaboration area, the multi-purpose room has been outfitted with a surround frame and header, as well as a custom-sized mirror to fit the room. The reception area boasts custom-built fixtures such as a custom reception desk, television display, and coffee bar, creating an ideal point for clients and employees to gather.
Working closely with Unispace and other contractors, Bestmark National played a key role in the successful development of the innovative DoubleVerify headquarters, achieving a collaborative, modern working environment while preserving many of the original architectural features.
